We offer exchange only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the measurements provided. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 working days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges within 15 working days of complaint registration. Local replacement charges will be PKR 500/- if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered.
For International replacement, company policy might be subject to change as per the scenario put forth by the client.
